The Bassmaster Elite on Lake Okeechobee wrapped up last week in a pretty thrilling tournament to watch. So, we wanted to recognize our winners and discuss a little bit about the tournament.

I would definitely say I would have never dreamed that Tyler Rivet would’ve won the way he won on Okeechobee. Finding the winning stringer of fish while going to catch crappie because it was his night to provide for his room mates is pretty dang cool. 

In case you missed, Rivet caught all of his fish in the Kissimmee River with a majority of them coming on jerkbait with livescope and even mixed in a Carolina rig right outside a spawning pocket that the fish were coming and going to.
